Our biggest ever investment in new talent…
Earlier this year, Ford & Stanley hosted our annual Recruitment Open day using the very same expertise, techniques, candidate experience and competitive process that we provide to our clients. As a result, the day was a resounding success, with the calibre of attendees being extremely promising.
The arrival of 7 new people into the business has given Ford & Stanley’s training business, GENIUS Performance Learning, the opportunity to switch its focus internally and showcase the training and onboarding ordinarily provided to clients. A master stroke and touch of Genius – it appears with each new member thriving and already starting to add value to the business.
Furthermore, having recognised that the best results are achieved when mutual understanding, close working relationships and togetherness are established amongst the workforce, we have hosted two team outings since the commencement of the training programme – Derby’s Game Over escape rooms with cocktails at Derby’s Brooklyn Social, not forgetting a night at the Yard to watch the England win on penalties!
It’s certainly an exciting time for Ford & Stanley, thanks to continued company growth and many exciting projects in the running. Our clients will also feel the benefits of working closely with Ford & Stanley moving forward, as we go from strength to strength and continue to live by our values of passion to win, customer focus, innovation, fair play and trust.

Ford & Stanley Chairman, Peter Schofield…. “People are often surprised that, as chairman, I am involved with the new recruits right from the start of their induction programme. I ask, what is more important than helping to ensure that our new people understand the core values, reasoning and ethos upon which the business was founded?
I am both honoured that such bright, talented people have chosen to join our business, and delighted by the calibre that our entire existing team here at Ford & Stanley has helped to recruit. The future is bright!”
