Pre-employment medical screening
As part of our candidate pre-screening process, where appropriate, workers are subject to drugs, alcohol and medical examinations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Industry accredited training
We provide technical or competency-based training in partnership with specialist providers and manage competency checks through industry recognised bodies to assure proficiency.
On-boarding
To ensure a smooth transition into the role, we issue a comprehensive on-boarding pack to all placed candidates specifically tailored to our client’s requirements. This contains all of the necessary information, ready to start work.
